Michale DiFranco is an Ohio-based artist who has spent the last decade in the Ashtabula area. Working mainly in acrylics, his work focuses primarily on the techniques of old masters while exploring in elements of cubism, surrealism, and artificial realism. He is inspired heavily by the works of Goya, Picasso, Bacon, and Condo. Michael studied fine art at Lakeland Community College under Eddie Mitchell and Christopher Berry. This is Michael’s second solo exhibit at the Arts Center.
