Tickets are non-refundable. Tickets may be exchanged for a different performance of the same show if seating is available. You must contact the box office prior to a performance to change dates. Advance sale tickets must be purchased by 4 p.m. on the day of the show (Thursdays and Fridays) or by noon on Saturday for Saturday and Sunday performances. No reservations will be made without payment. Outside of our regular business hours, the box office opens one hour prior to each performance, with the theater opening one half-hour before show time.
Season Tickets: 20% off regular price
1 seat at each production in the 13th Street, Straw Hat, or Ballet Theatre Ashtabula season at 20% off regular price. Season Ticket buyers will also receive a Perk Card for a $2 discount on concessions orders, and an AAC swag bag.
