Tickets are non-refundable. Tickets may be exchanged for a different performance of the same show if seating is available. You must contact the box office prior to a performance to change dates. Advance sale tickets must be purchased by 4 p.m. on the day of the show (Thursdays and Fridays) or by noon on Saturday for Saturday and Sunday performances. No reservations will be made without payment. Outside of our regular business hours, the box office opens one hour prior to each performance, with the theater opening one half-hour before show time.

Season Tickets:
1 seat at each production in the 13th Street, Straw Hat, or Ballet Theatre Ashtabula season at 20% off regular price.
Season Ticket buyers will also receive a Perk Card for a $2 discount on concessions orders, and an AAC swag bag.
Flex Pass:
Use for your choice of select shows in a season at 10% off the regular price. Specially-priced concerts/events are not included, but a discount is available for these events if you purchase tickets at the same time you purchase your Flex Pass.
Flex Pass buyers will also receive a Perk Card for a $2 discount on concessions orders.
Flex Passes are available for 13th Street Theatre and Straw Hat Theatre only.
Pay What You Can pricing functions like a donation: when buying tickets online, just enter your per ticket payment, at whatever amount you choose. If you’re buying tickets in person or by phone, just let the box office know if you’re getting standard tickets or Pay What You Can, and what you would like your per ticket payment to be.
