Youth Theatre Production Class

Youth Theatre Production Class

Open to students ages 7-17, our Youth Theatre Production Class is an eight-week course in musical theater culminating in a full production on our G.B. stage. Kids experience the full process of a musical theater production, from auditions (held AFTER students enroll, not as a requirement to take the class) and read-throughs to tech week and packed houses. The shows chosen for these classes are “Junior” editions, meaning their run times and musical demands have been adjusted to be age-appropriate for young performers. Youth Theatre Production Classes are taught by some of our veteran mainstage directors and music directors, providing students with experienced & nurturing instruction for their first steps into the spotlight.
