DESCRIPTION:Saturday\, September 28\n 6-7 p.m. \nfree to attend  \nJoin us for a thought-provoking conversation on the power of the arts to ignite courageous discussions about race and justice. Using To Kill a Mockingbird as a focal point\, educators\, community leaders\, and racial justice advocates will critically examine the production’s continued relevance today. We’ll reflect on its portrayal of racism in the American South\, centering the voices of communities of color\, and discuss how theater can inspire critical dialogue and deeper understanding. Together\, we’ll explore how the arts can be a powerful tool for building community\, fostering advocacy\, and helping dismantle systemic racism as we work toward a more just and equitable future.
