DESCRIPTION:Saturday\, August 12\, 10 a.m.-4 p.m. \nJoin us for a day of multi-arts fun for all ages! There will be make & take art projects\, demos\, mini performances in music and dance\, games\, facepainting\, backstage tours\, vendors\, and food! Passports are available for purchase for those who would like to attend any of the day’s visual arts classes\, but admission to the festival is free. \n\nMeet AAC instructor Melanie Blake and her lambs\, and get a demonstration of how the yarn for many fiber arts is made\nBring out your inner actor with a round of theater games\nGrab a paintbrush and help us turn the front circle drive into a mural\nLearn some easy choreography with BTA dancers in the dance studio – then join a mini-performance in the afternoon\nLeave your personal artistic touch on a community canvas painting that we’ll display at the Arts Center\nListen to music by the HeARTstrings Orchestra\nSee behind the scenes of everything that happens at the Arts Center on a Nooks & Crannies Tour\nAnd more!\n\nA passport is NOT required to attend the festival\, only to take certain visual arts classes that will be offered throughout the day:\nWatercolor Cards with Mary Underwood\, 11 a.m.\nCanvas Painting with Solita Jones\, 2 p.m.\nClay Painting & Glazing with Sandy Rill\, all day\nPaint Your Own Wineglass\, all day\nCandle-making\, all day\nPURCHASE PASSPORTS
