Christabel Devadoss holds a Bachelor of Science in Photojournalism and a Masters in Geography from Kent State University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. In 2009, she was inducted into the Kappa Tau Alpha National Honor Society in Journalism and Mass Communication. She is currently working on her PhD in Geography at West Virginia University.

A member of Professional Photographers of America (PPA), Christabel has served as Photographer, Studio Manager, Photoshop Specialist, Designer, and Video Editor for several well-known Cleveland-based studios and labs. Christabel has also been an instructor of Photography and Multimedia at Kent State University and led numerous photo-based workshops in the Cleveland area.

Christabel’s photography has taken her into 49 states in the US and 8 countries around the world. Drawing on natural and lively surroundings, her photos chart a personal and unique visual narrative of moment, light, and water.

Her photos and prints have been displayed in galleries across Northeast Ohio including, the Galleria at Erieview in Cleveland, the Ashtabula Arts Center, MozArt gallery in Aurora, Gallery Z in Beachwood, and the Sandpiper Gallery in Ashtabula.
