The G.B. Community Theatre production of If All the Sky Were Paper by Andrew Carroll, directed by Cathy Lawson, opens this Friday, September 23. Based on wartime letters collected from around the world, this production shares the true stories of soldiers and civilians, survivors and slain, written during every military conflict in U.S. history. Author Andrew Carroll of the Center for American War Letters will be attending the show opening night and holding a talkback session afterwards. If All the Sky Were Paper runs Sept. 23-25, Sept. 30-Oct. 2, and Oct. 7-9, Friday and Saturday at 7:30 p.m., Sunday at 2 p.m. The first 400 veterans and active-duty military service people to reserve seats will receive free tickets, thanks to the generosity of American Legion Posts 103 & 151, and VFW #943.
