This annual show is a favorite with arts center visitors and always features a wide array of subjects and media. Watercolor, photography, acrylic, and collage are often a part of the exhibit.
Lake Shore Artists is a nonprofit organization that began in 1973. It cultivates the visual arts through education, exhibitions, demonstrations, critique sessions, and painting outings. In addition to regular meetings, group members also get together at the arts center on Wednesday mornings to work on individual projects while enjoying each other’s company. Anyone interested in creative visual arts is welcome to join.
An art opening reception will be held on Friday, May 8, from 6-8 p.m.
